Qualifications

• 2+ years in leadership roles managing sales teams.
• Proven success selling capital devices and consumables.
• Established relationships with aesthetic professionals (Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, etc.).
• Strong consultative selling and closing high-value capital sales.

Responsibilities

• LeadRegional Sales Manager to guide a cross-functional regional team of Capital and Consumable Sales Representatives.
• Develop and execute regional business plans for capital and consumable growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and Clinical teams to maximize pull-through and brand awareness.
• Use CRM to forecast, manage pipeline, and report performance.
• Represent Solta at regional and national industry meetings and trade shows.
