Sol de Janeiro, headquartered in New York, is seeking a Director of Global Product Marketing, Body Care, to drive global innovation strategy and commercialization for core Body Care categories. You will shape the category roadmap, translate consumer insights into breakthrough products, and lead cross-functional teams to sustain growth and brand leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in global beauty/CPG marketing, experience across skincare/hair/body care, and a proven ability to launch

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of global marketing experience in beauty or CPG.
• Experience in skincare, hair care, and/or body care is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record in disruptive, category-defining innovation and global programs.
• Strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytics and financial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the global innovation strategy for Body Care categories and subcategories.
• Own the 3-year innovation roadmap and prioritize initiatives for growth.
• Lead development from insight to commercialization grounded in consumer needs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Development, Supply Chain, Packaging, Reg, and regional teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape category strategies and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Oversee category P&L inputs, cost targets, and margins with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze performance, trends, and consumer insights to inform portfolio decisions.
• Manage and develop direct reports to maintain a high-performance culture.
