Top Notch Consultancy seeks a Global Category Lead for Skin Care to own the portfolio, driving long-term growth globally across MEA, Europe, APAC and the Americas, and ensuring flawless execution of the category strategy.

The role requires leadership across Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Brand and Regional teams to plan launches, optimize pricing, margins and packaging, and to serve as the primary voice for Skin Care across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
• Strong cosmetics/beauty knowledge and trend sensitivity.
• Extensive category management experience in consumer goods/beauty, especially Skin Care.

Aufgaben

• Be the voice of Skin Care across the business.
• Prepare and provide regular category performance updates with data-driven insights.
• Publish and present quarterly and annual category and product performance reports.
• Align plans with Category Strategy through regional teams and Brand Managers.
• Design and plan new product launches by spotting market trends.
• Identify and develop suppliers based on quality, capacity, sourcing, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Brand, Regional teams, procurement, finance, packaging, and operations for timely availability of products.
• Prepare MIS reports on performance and margins.
• Oversee pricing, costing, margin analysis, and price negotiation.
• Develop project plans and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Finalize and innovate product packaging.
• Ensure vendor engagement to drive sales growth.
