Qualifications

• Three years legal word processing experience in a law firm or legal environment required.
• Must demonstrate high proficiency in Word for document automation, formatting and editing.
• Strong spelling and typing skills as tested by firm assessments (typing and spelling tests).

Responsibilities

• Creates, formats and revises a wide variety of documents including transactional and litigation documents.
• Transcribes audio, generates comparisons, and creates electronic trial notebooks and PDF portfolios.
• Proofreads and maintains confidentiality, following firm procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
