Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead onboarding, leadership development, and capability-building programs globally. You will design, deliver, and operate learning initiatives while shaping the roadmap for what comes next.

Responsibilities include translating business priorities into practical learning plans, creating materials, managing logistics, and leveraging LMS to drive adoption and impact across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Education, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years in learning and development or talent development.
• Experience creating and facilitating learning for employees, managers, and leaders.
• Strong instructional design and practical content creation skills.
• Hands-on learning operations, logistics, budgets, vendors, and multi workstreams.
• Experience administering LMS and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of onboarding, leadership development, and capability programs.
• Translate business priorities into practical learning plans and resources.
• Create guides, materials, presentations, and digital content.
• Manage calendars, enrollment, communications, logistics, and follow‑ups.
• Deliver onboarding and development programs that support career progression.
• Build content on the LMS and ensure governance and standards.
