Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. seeks a Learning & Development Manager to lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning strategies.

This role partners with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop impactful programs for performance, career growth, succession planning, and organizational success. Responsibilities include building a learning roadmap, designing leadership programs, and overseeing a multi-format training portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• Proven experience designing, facilitating, and managing leadership development programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning technologies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence leaders at all levels.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness using data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide L&D strategy aligned with goals.
• Assess skill gaps and create scalable learning solutions for all levels.
• Build a structured learning roadmap for onboarding, leadership, technical training, compliance, and development.
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate leadership programs for leaders at all levels.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to strengthen management effectiveness and succession planning.
• Oversee training programs across instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning formats.
• Ensure content is engaging and aligned with objectives and employee development needs.
• Support performance management, development planning, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
• Manage the LMS, training records, and administration processes.
• Monitor participation, completion, compliance, and outcomes.
• Establish KPIs and drive data-informed improvements.
• Analyze feedback and business indicators to enhance initiatives.
