Job summary

3M is seeking a Global Key Account Manager - Semiconductors within the Electronics Materials and Solutions Division (EMSD). You will collaborate with global teams to deliver value-added solutions to key customer needs and drive design wins in a technical sales environment.

This role requires strong executive interaction, market insights, and the ability to manage strategic accounts across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher-level degree in Science or Engineering (completed and verified prior to start).
• Ten years of experience in semiconductor materials in a customer-facing role in diverse environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product marketing, and regional sales teams with influence.
• Two years facing at least one key strategic device manufacturer in a private/public/government environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage key global accounts across a diversified portfolio in the fast-growing Semiconductor industry.
• Develop customer strategies to grow the business by addressing needs through 3M core competencies.
• Lead customer engagement and business development with Tier One Semiconductor Manufacturer and drive design wins.
• Collaborate with technical teams on product acceleration and align with leadership on operating plans.
• Communicate account needs and progress using Salesforce across geographies and time zones.
