Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Payments Specialist to manage investigator payments end-to-end for assigned studies in a fully remote capacity.

The role requires analyzing budgets and payment schedules, performing reconciliations, and producing monthly reports while collaborating with clinical and finance teams. Strong English communication and CRO/pharma experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Regulatory knowledge: ICH, GCP, FDA/EU directives as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end investigator payments for assigned studies.
• Understand global contracts, budgets and payment schedules to ensure payments align with agreements.
• Perform payment reconciliations at mandated intervals and report variances.
• Develop budget forecasts and consolidate monthly payment reports.
• Coordinate with Site/Research teams and finance for smooth revenue cycle.
