Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in clinical trials or related setting required.
• Strong project management and leadership skills required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing daily operations and workloads, including reviewing site payments and client meetings.
• Interacts with clients and internal stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of payments relating to clinical trials.
• Review and manage funding requests for clinical trials.
• Perform primary QC of visit and invoiceable payment data.
• Perform quarterly reconciliation of payment data during trials and closeout.
• Manage project escalations to identify root causes and resolve for clients.
• Other duties as assigned by team lead.
