The role involves working with contracts, budgets, reconciliations, and cross-functional teams; offers fully remote work with a contract arrangement and proximity to Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research payments and financial operations.
• Knowledge of CTMS, ERP, and electronic payment systems.
• Ability to reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Understanding of contractual payment terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end clinical research payment operations.
• Administer investigator and site payments per agreements and budgets.
• Prepare forecasts, trackers, and financial closeout records.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
