Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• No prior industry experience required; internships or administrative experience are an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in clinical research, healthcare, or financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incoming tickets in Jira, assign to team members.
• Monitor and triage emails, assign to team members.
• Respond to general queries from sites, sponsors, and internal teams regarding payment status and remittance details.
• Prepare and distribute remittance documentation and payment confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records of ticket assignments and resolutions.
• Support administrative tasks like updating trackers and organizing documentation.
• Support system migration and study reconciliation by preparing data and trackers.
• Track progress and escalate issues to senior team members.
