Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Payments Specialist to manage global investigator payments for assigned studies. The role requires coordinating with clinical teams, finance, and sites to ensure timely, accurate payments and compliance with study agreements.

You will analyze budgets, reconcile payments, and prepare consolidated monthly reports, while supporting audits and client meetings. English proficiency is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Two+ years of experience with a CRO or pharmaceutical company in a role involving finance data entry, data validation, project management, or contracts.
  • Four-year college curriculum or university degree.
  • Two-year college curriculum with one+ years of office administration or a similar position.
  • Advanced English proficiency; additional language preferred.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of global investigator payments for assigned studies.
  • Collect information from teams, systems, and tools as needed on a timely basis.
  • Understand global contract terms, budgets, and payment schedules to align with the Clinical Trial Agreement.
  • Analyze and present data for stakeholders.
  • Serve as liaison between sites, clinical teams, and leaders.
  • Perform payment reconciliations at mandated intervals.
  • Develop budget forecasts and monthly payment reports.
