Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Proven global team leadership experience.
• Strong data analysis and executive communication skills.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with data platforms and telemetry definitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Long-Range Planning (LRP) and annual operational planning for the Customer Success organization.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance and RevOps on headcount planning, budget allocation, capacity modeling, and revenue forecasting.
• Develop data-driven models to align resources with business needs and global coverage requirements.
• Oversee the development of standardized global dashboards with metrics like Net Retention Rate and churn risk.
• Establish global business metrics and manage regular business reviews to drive accountability.
