ABC Fitness is seeking a Principal People Partner to serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to global leaders across Information Technology, Information Security, and Legal. Based in Brazil, you’ll influence workforce and talent strategies across a complex, multinational environment that spans the U.S., Canada, Brazil, India and Europe.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive Human Resources experience with senior leaders.
• Experience as an HRBP supporting a US-based company and knowledge of US employment concepts.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions without formal authority.
• Expertise in organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and change.
• Experience with distributed or multinational teams across countries/time zones.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into people, organization and workforce strategies.
• Advise on organization design, operating models, succession and performance.
• Coach leaders through complex employee and organizational matters with sound judgment.
• Lead organizational change including restructurings and leadership transitions.
• Use workforce data and insights to identify risks and opportunities for teams.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, L&D, Legal, Finance, and others.
• Help build high-performing, inclusive teams and strengthen leadership capability.
• Apply global practices while considering local employment environments and legal requirements.
• Support evolving ways of working, including AI-enabled tools and workflow changes.
