Cordance is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a growing portfolio of software companies across the United States, Canada, UK, and New Zealand. This hands-on role requires partnering with senior leaders, managing complex employee relations, and leading organizational design initiatives in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.

The role emphasizes implementing scalable HR programs, driving performance, and ensuring compliant, competitive compensation practices across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience across multi-entity or multi-country settings.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations and complex performance processes.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders (Director level and above) as a strategic HR advisor.
• Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced, acquisitive, PE-backed environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to leaders across multiple business units and legal entities; advise on org design and talent strategy.
• Lead complex employee relations matters end-to-end across US, Canada, UK, and NZ.
• Own the performance management lifecycle: goal setting, reviews, calibration, coaching.
• Advise on employment practices and compliance across countries with legal counsel as needed.
• Build scalable HR programs (engagement, retention, workforce planning) and analyze people metrics.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards and Payroll to maintain competitive, compliant compensation structures.
