KnowBe4 is hiring a Global HR Business Partner (Functional Lead) to shape talent strategy and organizational design for assigned functions worldwide. You will partner with regional HR Leaders to ensure consistency and high performance across geographies.

The role requires extensive global HRBP experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance global needs with regional realities. Remote-US positions are available within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strategic HRBP background.
• Experience navigating global/matrixed organizations and regional complexities.

Responsibilities

• Define talent strategy and org design for global functions.
• Lead global talent reviews and succession planning.
• Partner with Regional HR Leaders to adapt strategies to local requirements.
• Drive workforce planning and talent acquisition prioritization.
• Coach senior leaders and provide executive advisory support.
• Collaborate with COE and Talent Acquisition for integrated HR solutions.
• Support Employee Relations and compliance across regions.
