Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process AI & Automation Lead to drive end-to-end HR process automation across a global, remote-first organization. You will identify AI and automation opportunities, build scalable frameworks, and partner with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role is fully remote with candidates considered globally, including Mexico and the Czech Republic. Reporting to the Director, Process & Policy Excellence, you will design, implement, and sustain AI-enabled HR

Qualifications

• BA/BS/BEng degree or equivalent, or at least 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, IT, business process management, or related corporate services.
