Job summary

Versigent is seeking a Global Process Owner for Core HR processes to lead transformation and standardization of the employee lifecycle across a global manufacturing organization. The role blends process engineering, value stream design, and change leadership to deliver measurable improvements and standardized global processes enabled by technology.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large-scale process transformation initiatives using Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
Demonstrated success conducting value stream mapping and redesigning complex processes in operational settings.
Deep understanding of process quality, standardization, and change management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end redesign of global hire-to-retire processes using Lean principles.
Build and deliver data-driven business cases with measurable impact.
Establish global process governance and KPIs to monitor adoption and performance.
Translate business requirements into clear specifications for HRIS and technology teams.
Influence stakeholders across regions to drive standardized processes.
