Oxford Medical Simulation Limited is seeking a US-based Events Manager to organize and execute in‑person and virtual events, collaborating with our distributed Customer team. The role involves significant travel and end-to-end event management to drive engagement and education for clinicians.

You will handle conferences, webinars, round tables, and demo days, while coordinating budgets, vendors, and on-site logistics to ensure flawless execution and impact on patient care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of events coordination experience, including logistics and on-site setup.
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage a range of events including conferences, webinars, round tables, and demos.
• Work with the Customer team to ensure smooth event execution across the US.
• Travel frequently to support around 20 conferences or events per year.
• Manage events budget and relationships with suppliers.
