Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Global Medical Education Manager to develop and manage medical education programs across product portfolios and business franchises. The role shapes internal and external education plans, assesses clinical changes, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing and/or business experience in healthcare/medical devices.
• Knowledge of ECMO/ECLS and Ventilator products is required.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead in a matrix organization and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive medical education plans for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate faculty, venues, content, and attendee specifications for programs.
• Provide peer-to-peer program development and delivery.
• Engage KOLs and clinical experts to enhance education initiatives.
• Collaborate with global sales and cross‑functional teams to meet stakeholder needs.
• Monitor program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Apply clinical data and research to refine education strategies.
