Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Global Medical Education Manager to develop and manage worldwide medical education programs for all product lines. The role focuses on interactive, innovative education plans, global needs assessments, and collaboration with clinicians and field teams.

The position is fully remote and open to candidates in the US, Europe, and Asia. It requires up to 60% travel internationally and domestically, with base US salaries ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 plus a 15% bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Marketing and/or Business experience in healthcare/medical device industry.
• Knowledge of ECMO/ECLS and Ventilator products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Global Medical Education programs for all Getinge product portfolios.
• Create and oversee governance for medical education content, faculty selection, and attendee specs.
• Coordinate peer-to-peer program delivery and expert engagement for medical education.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global sales to align education initiatives.
• Provide logistical and budgetary support for global education programs.
• Assess educational impact and adapt strategies based on clinical changes and needs assessments.
