Job summary

Cotiviti in the United States is seeking a Vice President, People Business Partners to lead the global PBP strategy and operating model, aligning people strategy with enterprise objectives and advising the Chief People Officer.

You will drive leadership development, succession planning, and data-driven decision making across the organization, while guiding enterprise HR initiatives with a focus on scalability and impact. This is a remote opportunity with executive-level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience in HR business partnering and organizational development.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated experience operating as an enterprise HR executive, exercising decision-making authority with C-suite and senior leaders.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience using HR technology and analytics tools.
• Deep knowledge of workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the global PBP operating model and measures of effectiveness.
• Oversee enterprise HR/People strategies aligned to long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to integrate HR initiatives into business strategy.
• Drive engagement and retention programs to empower employees.
• Lead change management during organizational changes or growth.
• Partner with People Team on talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Champion leadership development and succession planning.
• Monitor People metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on People metrics to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance and risk mitigation across People practices.
