You will drive workforce planning, leadership development, and governance of People programs, ensuring scalable processes and a strong employee experience globally.

Qualifications

• Six-plus years leading HR/People with senior responsibilities across multiple disciplines.
• Experience guiding HR Business Partners and global teams across countries.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into practical People strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop People functions (HRBP, Global Experience, Talent Acquisition).
• Build a scalable People operating model across geographies.
• Oversee global associate experience including onboarding and engagement, and drive performance reviews.
