Affirm is seeking a VP, People Business Partners & Employee Relations to lead global PBP and ER functions. As part of the People Leadership Team, you will shape operating models and partner with the CPO and XLT to guide enterprise talent decisions.

You will build top-tier PBP and ER teams, anticipate business needs, and drive workforce strategy leveraging AI and new operating models. The role is remote-first with national scope.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People leadership experience in global tech.
• Experience leading a global PBP organization and high-performing teams.
• Experience in Employee Relations, including investigations and executive matters.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and operating model for global PBP and ER functions.
• Build and coach high-performing PBP and ER teams with clear standards.
• Serve as strategic advisor to XLT on enterprise-wide talent decisions.
