Job summary

Wrike is seeking a Director of Go-To-Market Operations to own the revenue planning and operational architecture across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will lead a hands-on global team, collaborate with executive leadership, and drive annual planning, quota setting, and territory design in a remote/hybrid environment.

You will report to GTM leadership and partner with cross-functional leaders to accelerate deal velocity and optimize customer lifecycle metrics.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS.
Direct experience managing global operational teams (6+ direct/indirect reports) across time zones.
Core GTM mechanics: SaaS unit economics, quota setting, territory planning, retention/bookings.
Execution at executive level with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership.
Location Preference: East Coast U.S. time zones; global alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead annual planning, quota allocation, capacity modeling, and territory design across Sales, CS, and Marketing.
Own revenue planning and end-to-end operational architecture for the revenue engine.
Coach and manage a global team of 6–15 operations partners and analysts.
Facilitate executive cadences with Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
Oversee governance to streamline contracts, order processing, and GTM workflows.
