GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an experienced sourcing leader to drive the strategic roadmap for Fluids Systems sourcing, focusing on capacity growth and sustainable supply chains with cost competitiveness to support Long Range Forecast demand through 2030 and beyond.

You will define supplier strategies, negotiate terms, and lead cross-functional initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, leadership, and project management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, and/or Engineering.
• Prior sourcing experience in negotiating, identifying opportunities, selecting suppliers, sourcing strategy, and implementing contracts (T&Cs negotiations).

Responsibilities

• Define supplier strategy and manage supplier panels; lead negotiations.
• Allocate needs to specific suppliers and manage terms and conditions.
• Transmit information to Procurement and manage claims.
• Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources and risk.
• Advise management and influence policy; contribute to strategic direction.
