Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a leader to drive global strategic sourcing and category management for enterprise software and SaaS spends.

You will own end-to-end sourcing, negotiations, renewals, licensing, and consumption optimization across corporate functions. Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Legal, Security, and business stakeholders to reduce total cost of ownership while ensuring strong service levels.

Qualifications

• Lead complex, end-to-end sourcing projects from intake through contract signature.
• Proven track record of driving TCO reductions and leading software/ SaaS negotiations.
• Experience in a global matrix environment with analytical and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sourcing and category strategies for software and SaaS portfolios.
• Plan and run end-to-end sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP) with evaluation and negotiation.
• Lead software/SaaS negotiations with Legal on master agreements, orders, SLAs, DPAs.
• Structure software commercial constructs: subscriptions, enterprise agreements, true-ups, renewals, pricing.
• Drive demand management and license optimization, including SaaS consumption.
