Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a senior sourcing leader to drive the strategic roadmap for Fluids Systems. You will focus on capacity growth, supply chain sustainability, and cost competitiveness to execute Long Range Forecast demand through 2030 and beyond.

You will define supplier strategy, lead negotiations, and optimize supplier panels while influencing policy and strategy across the function. Strong data analysis and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, and/or Engineering.
• Experience in negotiating, identifying opportunities, supplier selection, sourcing strategy, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Define supplier strategy and optimize supplier panels.
• Lead negotiations and allocate needs to suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement.
• Manage claims; data analysis and negotiations support.
• Influence development of strategy within own area and guide teams on complex topics.
• Communicate effectively and support management in decision making.
