Job summary

Electric Hydrogen is seeking a Global Supply Manager, Fluid Systems to own global sourcing strategy and supplier management for process equipment and balance of plant fluid systems. You will lead RFQs, negotiations, and contract terms with an international supplier base, while coordinating with engineering to translate technical requirements into sourcing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 8-10 years of sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or supplier management experience.
• Experience in oil and gas, chemical processing, or other capital-intensive process industries.
• Direct experience sourcing process equipment internationally, incl. supplier negotiation and contract ownership.
• Strong technical fluency with process equipment; evaluate engineering specs and negotiate from technical credibility.
• Demonstrated program or project management experience in procurement execution.
• Experience managing supplier performance, development, qualification, and risk.
• Experience working with a global/international supplier base.
• Ability to independently own commercial terms and supplier negotiations.
• Familiarity with production ramp or NPI environments; familiarity with PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own global sourcing strategy and supplier selection for process equipment and balance of plant fluid systems.
• Lead RFQs, commercial negotiations, and contract terms with international supplier base.
• Apply structured program management to track milestones from RFQ through qualification and ramp.
• Manage supplier performance, development, and risk across a global network.
• Partner with engineering to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies and criteria.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and ensure alignment with specs and project needs.
• Identify and mitigate supply risk and escalate issues with stakeholders.
• Support supplier qualification activities and site assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes as the company scales.
• Support production ramp and new product introduction activities as required.
