Job summary

Electric Hydrogen is seeking a Global Supply Manager, Fluid Systems to lead sourcing strategy for process equipment and balance of plant fluid systems, coordinating with engineering and commercial teams to translate requirements into supplier selection and contracting decisions.

The role will manage RFQs, supplier negotiations, and qualification activities while ensuring delivery milestones and risk mitigation across a global supplier base. Travel up to 20–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related engineering discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Own global sourcing strategy and supplier selection for process equipment and fluid systems.
• Lead RFQs, negotiations, and contract terms with international suppliers.
• Apply program management to track milestones from RFQ through qualification and ramp.
• Manage supplier performance, development, and risk across a global network.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate technical requirements into sourcing criteria and supplier selection.
