Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Global Field Services Director to lead worldwide on-site service delivery in semiconductor fab environments.

The role translates business strategy into a scalable service operating model and oversees regional performance, budgets, and customer outcomes. The candidate will partner with Business Units, Product Management, Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align priorities, drive operational excellence, and ensure safety and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in field service or service operations for semiconductor capital equipment.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and service-management data analytics.
• Strong cross-cultural leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the global field service strategy and operating model.
• Set regional objectives and scorecards; lead standardized reviews.
• Partner with BU, Product Management, Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Own the service commercial rhythm with regional leaders to grow profitable revenue.
• Drive global parts/spares strategy with Operations to support uptime.
• Ensure readiness for new product introductions and service updates.
• Establish training standards and knowledge sharing across regions.
• Develop leaders and scale best practices across regions.
• Drive cross-functional improvements to reduce downtime and improve customer experience.
• Govern service management systems and data integrity.
