Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Director of Field Service to lead a global, multi-disciplined service organization. You will drive customer engagement, rapid issue resolution, and overall service excellence across installations, validations, maintenance, and repairs at diverse sites.

The role demands 7+ years in service or related leadership within regulated industries, strong operations focus, and the ability to travel globally to customer sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree and/or 7+ years in service or commercial management, or relevant experience.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Devices or GMP, ISO 13485, and data compliance (21 CFR part 11).
• Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines while ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance global service organization to deliver customer engagement and service excellence.
• Oversee on-location services: installations, validations, maintenance, repairs, training and more.
• Manage schedules, documentation, escalation, and pricing while ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
• Lead integrations when new businesses are acquired and onboarded.
