Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Independent work in virtual and team environments.
• Ability to present complex scientific data and methods.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry practices and standards.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility studies with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and propose approaches.
• Coordinate with sponsors, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Mentor and develop junior staff when requested.
• Support development of feasibility systems and metrics.
• Deliver pre-award site feasibility analyses in reports or presentations.
• Engage with stakeholders to define study strategies and site selection.
