Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to independently drive paid feasibility assessments for RFPs across indications. You will liaise with sponsor teams, review protocols and timelines, and mentor junior staff while supporting metric development.

The role requires senior scientific judgment, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English communication. Travel flexibility may be needed in a global CRO setting.

Formación

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Working independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Works independently with little oversight towards RFP and paid feasibility objectives.
• Manage multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to moderately complex activities.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• May coordinate work of other team members during multi-study programs and mentoring periods.
• Supports department management in development of group metrics and achieving business objectives.
• Maintains records and stores data in internal libraries in a timely manner.
• Reviews, analyzes and delivers pre-award site feasibility assessments for stakeholders.
