Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility assessments across multiple indications. You will independently analyze data, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support site selection for RFPs while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

Independent working in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and sponsor expectations.
Willingness to travel as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

Works independently with little oversight on RFP and paid feasibility objectives.
Manages multiple assignments of varying complexity across therapeutic areas.
Identifies solutions to non-standard requests.
Liaises with sponsors, protocol, and timelines for RFPs and feasibility assessments.
Mentors and coordinates team members when needed during programs.
Develops metrics to measure impact of feasibility and site identification activities.
Maintains thorough records and data in internal libraries.
Performs literature research to support feasibility analyses.
Participates in bid defense meetings as required.
Travel may be required for business needs.
