Syneos Health in the US is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated feasibility across multiple geographies. You will independently drive feasibility assessments, liaise with internal teams, and ensure data-driven site selection for complex trials.

This role requires strong English communication, CRO/pharma knowledge, and MS Office proficiency, with travel flexibility as needed to support global studies.

Formación

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and team-oriented skills.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry standards.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead independent feasibility assessments for RFPs across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently with varying complexity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on sponsor requirements and timelines.
• Review literature and use metrics/tools to provide background information.
• Support bid defense meetings and contribute to protocol feasibility tools.
• Develop metrics to measure feasibility impact and site identification.
• Maintain comprehensive records in internal libraries.
