Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility efforts across multiple regions, including the US. The role requires analyzing data, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and presenting findings to inform study site decisions.

Candidates should have strong English communication, experience with RFPs, and the ability to manage several assignments in parallel within a virtual/global team setting.

Formación

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite usage.
• Knowledge of CRO/pharma industry principles and standards.
• Ability to present complex scientific data clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Works independently with minimal oversight on RFP and paid feasibility objectives.
• Manages multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to moderately complex tasks.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Supports development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
