Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Sr. Director of Human Resources to serve as the primary business partner for the Veralto Corporate organization, translating business goals into people priorities and driving leadership, capability, structure, and culture to achieve company aims.

The role collaborates with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Labor and Employee Relations, and Total Rewards to position Veralto for future talent challenges on a global, matrixed basis.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and driving talent strategy in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong negotiation, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to corporate leadership and the Veralto Executive Team (VET).
• Translate business objectives into people priorities and talent plans.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives across the enterprise.
• Oversee performance management, compensation processes, and engagement surveys.
• Architect succession plans and build robust talent pipelines for future leaders.
• Attract and acquire skilled talent and drive engagement/retention strategies.
• Champion the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) and drive HR kaizens to improve effectiveness.
• Manage a small HR team supporting Corporate Associates (onsite & remote).
• Monitor HR spend and ensure responsible people costs in partnership with Corporate leaders.

Education
