The Recruiting Hive is helping a client recruit a Global Sales Director - Travel Tech. This senior leader will own the enterprise sales function, shape go-to-market strategy, and personally close high-value agreements with major organizations.

This remote role includes roughly 25% travel. You will drive executive relationships, build a strong pipeline, and lead deals end-to-end across Fortune 1000 accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling to enterprise B2B customers.
• 4+ years in corporate travel services or adjacent industry.
• Proven results landing and growing Fortune 1000 relationships.
• History of closing deals worth $1M or more.
• Familiarity with corporate travel, payments, expense management, events, or fintech.
• Credibility with C-suite buyers and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience coaching and managing sales talent.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the strategy for growing enterprise revenue.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of large strategic target accounts.
• Own major deals end-to-end from initial conversation to signed contract.
• Develop executive-level relationships with prospects and clients.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and client-facing teams.
• Provide reliable pipeline and revenue forecasts to leadership.
• Represent the company with key clients at industry events.
