Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Global Enablement & Performance Lead to architect and run the Digital Enablement Hub for a large, global account. You will own governance, performance analytics, and global communications, while leading a team of three Performance Analysts to replace manual tasks with digital and AI‑enabled automation.

Fluent collaboration across regions, strong change management and SOP development are essential to standardize processes and deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Experience designing governance frameworks for complex programs or accounts.
• Proven ability to map processes and create SOPs/playbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for global audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and own a centralized system for global account governance.
• Develop and manage RAID logs and reporting cadence for leadership.
• Lead digital transformation to reduce admin burden and automate actions from meetings.
• Coach a small team of analysts and develop dashboards and KPIs.
• Align regional workflows with core technology platforms for consistency.
