Job summary

JLL seeks a senior leader to own the Digital Enablement Hub strategy, transforming how we govern and communicate across a global account. You will design a centralized governance framework, automate workflows, and embed standardized processes while leading a small performance analytics team.

You will champion digital collaboration tools, develop SOPs and playbooks, and drive data-driven insights for leadership. This role requires strong change leadership and cross-region collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of program management, operations, or digital transformation experience.
• Experience designing governance frameworks for large programs or accounts.
• Experience with modern collaboration and PM tools.
• Ability to map processes and create SOPs/playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design and own a centralized global account governance system.
• Oversee RAID logs, milestones, risks, issues, and opportunities reporting.
• Lead digital transformation to reduce administrative burden and automate tasks.
• Develop and manage global communications, calendars, and announcements.
• Coach and develop a team of analysts and drive KPI dashboards and governance presentations.
