Job summary
JLL is seeking a Global Enablement and Performance Lead to own the governance backbone and drive digital enablement across the account. You will manage a small team, embed standardized processes, and transform the operating model with data-driven decisions.
Location is remote with US coverage; compensation ranges reflect market conditions for senior roles in our global platform teams. You will collaborate across regions and functionally align to strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in program management/operations/digital transformation.
- Proven governance framework design for complex programs or accounts.
- Experience with modern collaboration and PM tools.
- Strong change management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and own a centralized global account governance system.
- Lead digital transformation to reduce admin burden and automate actions tracking.
- Standardize processes and embed workflows into core tech platforms across regions.
- Develop and execute the account's internal communications strategy.
- Provide coaching and development for a small team of analysts.
