Job summary

JBS International seeks a high-impact Digital Automation & Solutions Lead to establish and lead a modern digital capability spanning automation, low-code/no-code solutions, data enablement, analytics, and practical AI applications.

This leader will be a hands-on player-coach, defining strategy, building governance, delivering solutions, and scaling capabilities across Digital Services and client-facing teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
8+ years of experience in digital solutions, automation, analytics, data platforms, or solution architecture with hands-on tooling.
5+ years of analytics and data platforms experience with dashboards, reporting and insights.
Proficiency in Python and SQL; ability to design AI-enabled, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on delivery of automation and digital solutions.
Build scalable capability with governance, templates, and patterns.
Mentor staff in low-code/no-code and workflow design best practices.
Define intake, prioritization, and delivery models for digital initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and automation adoption.
Drive AI-enabled capabilities into business workflows where valuable.
