Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or sciences; Master's degree preferred.
• 20+ years of sales experience, with at least 15 years in hospital or laboratory settings.
• Complex deal management with proven ability to close large deals.
• Executive communication and negotiation with ability to present to C-suite.
• Customer-focused mindset with solid project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strategic, C-suite relationships across large network groups and global accounts.
• Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Lead all commercial activities, including pipeline management, RFP oversight, and deal closure.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure unified execution.
• Oversee customer engagement to guarantee high-quality service delivery from installation through post-maintenance.
