Qualifications

• 15+ years of global operations leadership in Aerospace & Defense
• Understanding of defense acquisition frameworks and export compliance
• Security clearance (or ability to obtain) may be required

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global operations team within a matrix structure
• Direct global production, logistics, and facility operations to deliver complex systems on time and within budget
• Drive operational strategies aligned with program execution and customer requirements
• Champion a culture of integrity, safety, compliance, and innovation
