Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions is seeking a seasoned Global Operations Leader to oversee and drive excellence across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, and NPI. The role reports to the SVP/GM of Defense Solutions and requires building a high-performing, compliant global operations backbone for a multi-site, mission-critical manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global operations.
• Experience in aerospace/defense environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR export controls and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and ERP/system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global operations management across production, logistics and facilities.
• Direct global supply chain activities including sourcing, risk management and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 and other regulatory standards.
• Develop scalable manufacturing strategies to support rapid NPI across sites.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management and finance to align operations with program needs.
• Define KPIs for quality, delivery, cost, and risk; manage operational risks.
