Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions seeks a Global Operations Leader to oversee operations, supply chain, quality, planning and NPI across a global organization with $500m+ revenue. This role directs manufacturing, materials, purchasing, and shipping while maintaining compliance with ITAR and DFARS.

Location is remote/hybrid with US East Coast proximity preferred. Responsibilities include defining KPIs, driving Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and aligning operations with government and military

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
