Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions is seeking a Global Operations Leader to direct manufacturing, supply chain, quality, planning, and NPI across a multinational footprint. This senior role reports to the SVP/GM and coordinates across programs, contracts, and finance to optimize operations for government and military contracts.

The role demands 15+ years in global operations within Aerospace & Defense, with strong knowledge of ITAR/EAR, ERP systems, and Lean/Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years in global operations leadership within Aerospace & Defense.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with defense export controls (ITAR, EAR) and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global operations team across manufacturing, planning, and sourcing.
• Oversee production, logistics, and facility operations to meet schedules and budget.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and DFARS; drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
