Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation seeks a Sr Director, Global Operations Leader to oversee operations, supply chain, quality, planning, and NPI across a multi-site global footprint. The role emphasizes manufacturing integrity, efficiency, and compliance for mission-critical programs.

Reporting to the SVP/GM of Defense Solutions, you will shape long-range planning and lead a matrix-based team, driving performance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, engineering, and programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global operations within aerospace/defense.
• Understanding of defense acquisition frameworks and export compliance (ITAR, EAR).
• Experience managing regulated production environments and large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global production, logistics, and facility operations to deliver complex systems on time and within budget.
• Drive operational strategies aligned with program execution and customer requirements.
• Embed a culture of integrity, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships and strategic sourcing.
• Oversee NPI manufacturing strategies and ramp-ups across global sites.
