Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions seeks a seasoned Global Operations Leader to oversee Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning and NPI across a global manufacturing footprint. You will shape strategic direction and drive performance for a $500M+ business unit in aerospace and defense.

Reporting to the SVP/GM, you will lead a matrix-based team, manage manufacturing, sourcing, and regulatory compliance (ITAR/DFARS), and partner with R&D and contracts to accelerate new product introductions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of global operations leadership in Aerospace & Defense.
• Knowledge of defense export controls (ITAR/EAR).
• Experience with regulated production environments and large-scale transformation programs.
• ERP and system integration experience (SAP/Oracle/Deltek/Teamcenter).

Responsibilities

• Lead global operations team across a matrix structure of business units.
• Direct production, logistics, and facility operations for complex aerospace systems.
• Drive strategies aligned with program execution and customer requirements (government/military).
• Embed a culture of integrity, safety, compliance and innovation.
• Partner with engineering, contracts, and finance to align operational capabilities with program needs.
